So, once there was a goldfish. His name was George. A little girl won him at a fair, but he didn't feel right. He wasn't being what he could be. So he escapes and ran away to the circus, with much water dripping step behind him. Finally, when his breath was running out, for he was a mutated fish who could run farther than the usual goldfish. He was special and he knew it. Anyway, when his breath was running out, he came upon the circus tent at last! He collapsed and knew no more. Until he woke up. He had fallen asleep as he stood on his dorsal fins! YAY! Aren't fins great? SWIMMING, SWIMMING, SWIMMING! WHAT DO WE DO? WE SWIM, SWIM, SWIM!
So, a soccer ball came through the tent and hit George from behind, vaulting him into the air, where he joined with that of his color, the Sun. He flew, but he felt himself falling, despite the desperate strokes he made with all of his fins. His eye(for he was just looking with the one on the side) was pierced with light, from without and within, and this simple, memory-stricken gold fish, while having forgotten why he was flying toward the Sun, kept seeing it for his eye was set upon the target. It was a constant reminder. If he kept looking, he knew he would get there. But he was still falling. Falling, falling, falling, right back to the earth. But the Sun had changed his eye and now it shined a bright, fluorescent violet in some lights, other times a beautiful sky blue. All the colors would flash through this eye. It was changed!
The fish began jumping. Jumping, jumping, jumping, for it wanted to FLY now. It forgot the circus, and went on a world quest to find the great CHEESE. It would seek the moon. The moon he sought, day and night, day in and day out. It was a long and hard quest and the poor fish grew weary, but he was sustained by the power of the great good ampersand. It found the moon, swam to it, and then it was happy for another week before it decided to seek for the Sun. It eventually found that as well, at the very end of his journey for he had no need to journey longer once he found what he was searching for!
Soooo he swam through the solar flares of the sun, throwing down bits of light to other goldfish, and they looked up and sought again what they would. If they kept looking. For if they looked away for even a moment, they forgot what they were searching for and it was long before they looked up again.
SO KEEP LOOKING YOU LITTLE GOLDFISHIE! SEEK THE COLORED EYE!
